Beginning with a health history and physical assessment, a TITLEIST PERFORMANCE INSTITUTE (TPI) evaluation examines the athlete through a series of tests and functional movement screens in order to identify mobility and stability readiness for their respective sport or activity. Based upon your results, a training regime of specific progressive exercises and stretches are prescribed. Workouts can be performed on your own or with your trainer. The goal is to improve dynamic body mechanics and to excel at your specific sport, with less risk for injury.
